1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 3Pati. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3Pati platform, including all games, promotions, and related services available at 3pati.win. By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 3Pati ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

We take age verification seriously and may request supporting documentation at any point. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any winnings may be withheld.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 3Pati. Duplicate, shared, or multiple accounts operated by the same person are strictly forbidden. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same user — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — all such accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point when requested. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 3Pati will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility.

3. Deposits & Payments

3Pati supports a range of payment methods tailored for users in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. These are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. Delays due to third-party payment processors are outside our control.
• 3Pati does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of our security and compliance checks.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

3Pati regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event campaigns related to cricket seasons, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed for each individual offer on the Promotions page.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts in good standing. Users who have self-excluded, accounts under review, or accounts flagged for irregular activity will not qualify. Each promotion specifies which games and bet types contribute towards wagering. Bets placed on certain game types (such as low-house-edge table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any activity that suggests abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, or placing offsetting bets — will result in bonus removal and may lead to account suspension. We use automated tools to detect irregular bonus usage.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment methods used for deposits where possible. All withdrawals are made in PKR.

• Verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. You may be asked to submit a CNIC copy, proof of address, or other documentation.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours. Timelines may vary based on your payment provider and the day of the week.
• Minimum & Maximum: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Limits may vary by payment method.
• Bonus Conditions: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements being met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Right to Withhold: We may withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

3Pati is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools that interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs. Any winnings arising from a technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing other players or members of our support team.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
